You can follow your package’s journey using the tracking number we sent in your shipping confirmation email (as long as your selected shipping method does provide tracking information). 


Take note that for packages posted via Registered Air Mail, only selected countries provide end-to-end detailed tracking.  For other countries, limited track and trace results are available up to the point where the package leaves South Korea. Please check your post office's website for tracking updates once the package leaves Korea. Addressee may call up their local Post Office to check on status.


Keep in mind that our shippers only work on business days, so please remember that weekends and major holidays cannot be counted when figuring out your delivery date.


Every so often, processing or handling errors can delay a delivery. Let us know if it’s past our guaranteed shipping time frames, or if your tracking info reads “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package! We’ll do some detective work to locate the package ASAP!
