If your tracking information says that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, we’ll do everything we can to remedy the situation for you!
First, we’ll file a tracer with Korea Post/Singpost to find out what happened. Once the post office has investigated, they’ll follow up with us, and we’ll follow up with you.
Typically, this process takes about 2-4 weeks.
