Yes, you may cancel an order after you've placed it if payment have not been made for your order. 

You may even cancel your order if the status of your order is at "Payment Received".

It is not possible for us to cancel your order once the status is updated to "In Process" or later stages.

By default, all paid orders are treated as confirmed and not subjected to cancellation unless merchandise is out of stock.
