When you set up your account, you entered a username, email address and chose a password.  If you’ve forgotten your password, enter the email address on your account here to reset it.


Sometimes, a crowded browsing history or connectivity issues can cause problems during log-in.  We recommend selecting the "clear your history/cookies/cache" option in your Tools or Preferences menu before trying the site again.


If you still aren't having luck with resetting your password, we’ll be happy to help!  Please contact us with the email address attached to your account.  We'll also need a recent order number or your billing address for account holder verification.


Once we’ve collected your info, we’ll switch your password to something simple and generic.  Then, after you’ve logged in, you can change it to something more personal.
